Kitchen
Final Guest-Ready Check
32. Wipe and sanitize countertops.
33. Wipe cabinet exteriors if needed.
34. Light organize cabinet interiors if needed.
35. Clean sink and faucet.
36. Wipe backsplash if needed.
37. Wipe microwave inside and outside if needed.
38. Wipe refrigerator exterior if needed.
39. Check refrigerator interior for leftover food to trash.
40. Wipe stovetop.
41. Check dishwasher for dishes.
42. Wash and reset dishes if needed.
43. Empty trash.
44. Replace trash liner.
45. Check kitchen supplies such as paper towels and dish soap.
46. Change air fresheners if applicable
47. Inspect the entire property for cleanliness.
48. Set thermostat to host preference.
49. Lock windows and doors.
50. Final walkthrough to ensure the home is guest-ready.
Bedroom
1. Strip used bed linens and wash and dry if laundry room is available.
2. Inspect mattress for stains or damage.
3. Install fresh sheets.
4. Arrange pillows neatly.
5. Stage bed in hotel style.
6. Dust all surfaces and décor.
7. Wipe switches.
8. Check closets for forgotten items.
9. Vacuum bedroom floors.
Bathroom
10. Light clean and sanitize toilet.
11. Light clean shower or bathtub.
12. Light clean bathroom sink and faucet.
13. Wipe mirrors.
14. Wipe countertops.
15. Gather used towels and wash and dry them if laundry room is available.
16. Put fresh towels and roll them in hotel style.
17. Refill toilet paper.
18. Refill soap if needed.
19. Check Cabinets
20. Empty trash.
21. Mop floors.
Living Area
22. Dust all surfaces and décor.
23. Wipe coffee tables and side tables.
24. Vacuum sofa and cushions if hand vacuum is available.
25. Fluff and arrange pillows.
26. Wipe light switches.
27. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
28. Check TV remote and electronics.
29. Vacuum floors.
30. Mop floors if applicable.
31. Remove trash.
